Built on Northern Experience
Naglik was created from a simple idea: good solutions need to work in the real world. With over 25 years of living and working in Northern, remote, and Indigenous-serving environments, Naglik understands that solutions developed for larger urban centres do not always work effectively in the North.
Distance, limited resources, staffing challenges, shipping, housing, access to services and unique community needs require flexible and practical approaches. Naglik brings experience in leadership, human resources, healthcare and laboratory operations, procurement and sourcing, entrepreneurship and organizational support.
